Poll question: DU couples who are leaving blue states for red ones out of love: which is more hardcore?
haruka (possibly) moving to the south to be with her kick ass SO?
or me moving to utah to be with my (also) kick ass SO?

Which couple is more hardcore and possibly mentally ill in their choice?

Am I missing any other DU couples who are moving from a blue to a red state in the name of love?

1. I'm going to say Haruka due to VA having one of the worse
marriage laws. You can't even enter into a contract that hints of marriage.

you are in Charlottsville (UVA - home of George Allen- macaca), Blacksburg - (VA Tech), or Lynchburg - (Liberty)

PARTY SCHOOL Radford & GMU (My cousin taught physics there)

MD native, lived in NOVA for 10 years, moved back to MD

My college degree is from Virgina though!!

Go to Kilmarnock, Reedville, Luray, Lake Anne, Manassas, Ft. Royal, old Williamsburg, Staunton - RED

Too many places in VA RED

Forgot to add Leesburg, Ashburn & Sterling to that note - All Loudon County

MD Frederick County, Charles County, Anne Arnudel County, and pretty much the counties outside of DC

You don't know anything about NJ accents, either.

on edit: parts of the Richmond-Charlottesville corridor are red, but that's about it... every place else is blue or purple. Nice fucking stereotype.

Edited on Sat Jan-20-07 02:56 AM by smtpgirl
and Toms River NJ, she used to be married to a Citibank Exec, my 2nd cousin graduated from

George Washington University - home of the elder Bushes, all conservative.

My cousin has since moved back to MD in Annapolis, on the bay.

Can't take the MD out of the girl

Eventhough she has a northern Jersey accent with a twist of PG County MD, cool

Joisey, that how she said Jersey, maybe she hung out in the fuckin' north, I'm not sure, but her accent surely changed, not MD anymore
