FINALLY got the car up the driveway, with help from two neighbors.
I live on a deadend street, off a two block long street, and it's steep getting up here. Since the snow last Wednesday, I've been parking my car out on the main road (and falling several times in the course of walking the three blocks out to or back from it :eyes: ). The roads are better, but my driveway (very long driveway, and very steep) is still covered with snow. But I decided to try tonight, and I got halfway up the driveway, but got stuck.

My neighbors from across the street were getting ready to go somewhere, so they came over and pushed my car the rest of the way up the driveway.

1. Congratulations. It is supposed to snow again tonight!
Snow I like, ice they can take. Glad you got your car home but beware in the morning and tomorrow eve.

2. I'm fortunate, in that my office is in my home, so I don't have to
drive unless I have an appointment. I just hated having my car parked so far away from the house, which is the main reason I decided to drive it home tonight.

3. That's good. Main roads here have been ok, side roads not
our long rural driveway icy enough to have the dog slip and slide and almost fall down. I feel like a little old lady walking on it. I mean, I almost am, but still. Nice to have the car near home I bet. Stay warm.
