I just found out that a client and friend of mine was recently attacked and pistol whipped in his own home.

Four men marked him because he drives a nice car, and apparently they waited for him to drive home. Then they broke in, forced him into the bathtub, turned the water on, and beat him with a gun before stealing everything of value in his apartment.

The most frightening part for me is, I recently discovered he lives in the same apartment complex as me. (I was also recently burglarized, but in my case they waited for me to leave before coming in the bedroom window.)

The good part is, they have already caught two of the men who attacked him. My only hope is they resisted arrest.

...I can only hope that the policeman's billy club 'slipped' and cracked them a good one on the head.
