Question: When does 20%=100%?
When your using internet explorer, with a crappy connection!

i fail to see the logic behind reporting that a file has finished downloading if the reported size of the file, while downloading is say 100mb and the amount downloaded is say 43mb. Is it so difficult to make the program make that distinction between a file being complete, and the connection being lost?

this is espically annoying with youtube because then i either have to clear the temperary internet files or load up mozilla to watch the full video.
