Then saw "Children of Men" last night. Outstanding cinematography.

They have to register it first and get the registration plates. I am supposed to pick it up next Saturday.

23. it depends
he does spend every vacation from school with his Dad. it is only fair since he lives with me and his Dad doesn't get to see him as much as I do. It can be difficult with school and all, but we make it work. Have a Fantabulous Day, MHC! :loveya:

22. Morning MissH!
My weekend was pretty ho-hum. Did some domestic things, cooking, and best of all I got a lot of reading done.

25. Morning Simply
I was rather glad I got my domestic stuff done. Next weekend my mom and her bf are coming. And it was necessary  But now I can look forward to it without much worrying. Except I mess it up again in the next days :yoiks:

27. It'll be nice to have
your mom and her b/f visit. And I can sympathize about the household chores. It's my kitchen that needs constant attention. That's the first room I walk into, and of course then holds the honor of dumping ground.

28. For me it is the living room
esp. the dining table (I barely eat on it)

But right now everything is in its place - more or less - and I should be able to keep it that way, at least 5 days, otherwise I will have to clean again Thursday evening.

31. Yes, housework
is one of those necessary evils, that is, if you're like me. I like things neat and tidy, but trust me, I'd rather be doing something else.

Gotta head out. Book club is right after work, and I didn't make anything yesterday. Everyone unusually brings something to snack on. So I'm just going to cheat a bit and stop at the store and see what they have to offer.

Wishing you a good rest of the day.

Catch you l8r.

29. Morning!
I slept most of the weekend after a VERY VERY long period in transit.

Still didn't manage to kick the jetlag to the curb.

34. I went to an outdoor art exhibit.

I'm tired from all of the walking ~ but I realized that there's a huge market for my photography. I've got to start taking pictures again someday soon!

:hi:

BTW  my computer does most of the work on "making folders". I just have to feel up to sitting here long enough to delete 1/2 from the first folder and 1/2 from the second. My hips aren't going to let me do much sitting and deleting today.
