Waah! The best looking faceplate has the previous style keypad!
Nokia 3589 cell phone. For $50, it packs a whollop in terms of performance. (beats the snot out of Sprint, that's for sure.)

Has changeable faceplates, what a great way for customize!

I bought a shimmering royal blue faceplate today for $9 but it uses an older keypad design (as seen on the 3585). On close inspection, the 3589 is the same case as the 3585 except for the sleeker keypad.

Obviously I prefer the newer look of the 3589 keypad, otherwise I wouldn't whine. :D

I did a search on the internet and found many faceplates that conform to the newer 3589 keypad style, but the colors/designs are ugly.

Sigh. I'll probably keep the faceplate. It's only $10, but the shimmering royal blue looks far better than the navy blue that the stock faceplate has.

I'm astounded by even more frivolous expansions such as a clear faceplate with a battery containing flashing LEDs... :eyes: While this Nokia handles its battery life far better than the twice as expensive Motorola T730, I don't see the point of flashing lights on a battery...
