I ate at one of Bill Clinton's favorite restaurants last night!

called Ecowise. Neat environmental stuff. Owner's a bit of a cad, but not unbearably.

Cheese enchiladas and shrimp fajitas! There are plenty of leftovers in the fridge! :)

I also had a raspberry margarita w/ a cointreau floater!

8. I made his favorite cornbread recipe last week.

I found an old magazine clipping in my cabinet that had a cornbread recipe from his White House days that, according to the WH chef, was Clinton's favorite.

(To my taste, it was just average).

11. I'll have to dig it out again

and post it in the next day or too, then. It is cooked in a cast iron skillet. Not bad, just not the "perfect" cornbread I am trying to find. Others might love it..
