I'm confused

It seems to me that lately the threads aren't "reading right." Normally, they read like regular threads, where a reply to a post is immediately below the post and then become their own sub-threads. But right now, it seems that the replies are all gathered at the bottom. Is this the way the posts are now organized? Or is this a choice that can be changed? Or it my total imagination, and I should be committed to the nearest mental hospital without any more ado?

Somehow. I logged off and then back in, and everything straightened out. I still don't know what caused it, but I'm glad I was able to make it right.
