Nice customer handed out gifts at the store today
He asked me the other day to order a case of Remy Martin VSOP (cognac) which I did. He came in today, bought it and handed out a bottle to all the employees who work the night shift and who he sees every day at about 5 when he comes in for coffee (including me :) ). It was his thank you to us.

You know, I'm sometimes given kudos by the management or the company but it means an awful lot when a customer takes the time to notice the effort you put into your job. Very, very nice.

1. Our Cookie Fairy took a small tray over to the local Mom n Pop.
Our friend isn't just a retailer, he's a neighborhood treasure. The least we can do is try to poison him. lol

2. Appreciation is such a nice thing
And so many hard-working people get little of it. I'm glad you appreciate your friend.

I used to work on a road crew and I have a habit of buying coffee or bottled water and handing it out on cold/hot days to crews I see working out in the weather. It costs almost nothing and really means a lot to them.

3. That is very sweet
No one has given me any gifts, but some poor clueless guy told me I looked 24 the other night. ;)

4. That's a gift!
I don't know how old you are but those moments become rarer as the years go by. Cherish them! ;)
