Does anyone have any brandy?
Sure, I know I shouldn't drink when I'm sick, but maybe some hot chocolate with a stiff shot of brandy would make me feel as though I feel better. The only brandy I have in the house is in the form of pre-mixed boozy nog.

8. Mr. LIW just made some hot chocolate -
real hot chocolate made by melting shaved chocolate into warm milk - and added some of the boozy nog to it. It's delicious! I guess I get my bit o' brandy after all. In a little while, I'll take a glass of port into the bathtub and relax.

11. Hell with brandy. Take a twelve-ounce water glass, fill it halfway with
Jack Daniel's, and the rest of the way with orange juice. Then drink. The orange juice will give you the vitamin C you need, and the Jack will knock you out to give you the sleep you need. Trust me on this. Redstone

13. We bought pear brandy for the pear clafouti dessert I made.
I haven't tasted it straight, though. I'm more of a wine gal, myself.
