I did a little web surfing and found their site and looked at a few of the instruments. When a guitar is priced below $300.00 I do tend to get a little skeptical. I did not see their name on the any of the music shops on the web which makes me a little skeptical about the quality of the instruments.
My experience with cheap guitars is that they just that "cheap". I will, more often than not, put down more cash for an instrument of higher quality.
I have always favored guitars of a higher price but I went against my own tendency a bought a Fender American Series Telecaster for about $275.00. Turns out it was a good buy. It was made in Fender's assembly facility in Ensanada, Mexico and its quality is quite surprising.
I do remember a long time ago when Ibanez showed up on the scene. Many regarded them as painted firewood with strings. Now, they,ve got big name endorsements like Stevie Vai, Joe Satriani, and a whole bunch of other shredders. Some of their guitars go for over $1000.00. Go figure.
I would follow the poster's advice. If you can find the same instrument in a shop, try it and see if you like it. If you're ordering online, make sure you know their return policy so if you don't like it you can return it. Just make sure that you like it.
