I think my Christmas Magic Touch is gone, or misplaced.
I decorate the tree every year. Hate doing the lights, but I get it done. Tonight, I kept messing things up. Took an hour and a half to get the lights on the tree. Now I'm too exhausted to fetch the decorations from the basement and finish decorating.

1. Me too
I usually love decorating the tree. I think my spirit wasn't in it this year. After I finished I stood back to admire my work of art. I noticed the tree was missing something. I forgot to add any garland or icicles. Just lights & ornaments so it looks kind of funny. I didn't even put the skirt under it.

I need this one:

3. Maybe I need one of those trees too.
I'm sitting here in the living room right now, looking at the tree covered with lights. No ornaments. No skirt. Nothing.

Maybe I'll get it done by Christmas Day....

5. My dream is a Christmas closet
I want a huge closet where I can just wheel the decorated tree in.

Unplug & roll it away until next year would be wonderful. :)

6. I like that idea.
Hey, I bet we could make a pretty buck if we invented it! "The Christmas Closet" -- "Just $299.99!"

Or maybe I didn't make sense before that even.

18. There's a woman in South Carolina with 52 decorated Christmas trees in her house.
December 11, 2006 (RICHBURG, S.C.) - Melody Howell doesn't just have a Christmas tree. She's got a whole Christmas forest in her Richburg, South Carolina, area home.

This year, she has 52 decorated trees -- one in every room of her house, including one in the laundry room and another in a bathtub.

Most folks think about their holiday decorations after Thanksgiving, but Howell never stops. Howell tells the Rock Hill Herald she starts decking her halls October first to be ready by mid-December.

Husband Gary Howell says his wife is a Christmas nut. But adds their house looks beautiful when she's all done.

30. I couldn't find any pictures, just that brief story from AP. On our local TV news,
here in San Diego, they did a story about a woman in Ramona, California, who decorates the entire inside of her house for Christmas. She starts right after Labor Day. Every room has a different theme. I don't think she had 52 trees, but her house was really spectacular.

26. I'm not much in the mood, either
Now I'm trying to get the laundry and dishes done before the big storm, so we at least have clothes and something to eat off of if it's as bad as they're broadcasting.
