Most underrated CD of the last 30 years
My pick:

"Under Rug Swept," Alanis Morrisette

I think it's rather brilliant.

6. We need to teach them "album", because it's still a valid word.
The collection of works is still an album, whether it's on CD, tape or LP.

:D

7. Amen sister
Preach it!

I always say "album" because that's what it still is.

10. Agreed -- but this is what my niece and nephew hear when I say that word:
sjkdjhsgduygjhsbsbsbms... then, they laugh.

2. War of the Worlds: The UllaDubUlla Remix
A personal fave. Its a remix of the 70s rock opera War of the Worlds. Which in and of itself should be in the running for underrated CD of the last 30 years.

12. how was their new show?
i saw them way back in the day (when Ronald was still around, when you could still worship in the Church of Michael Ivins' Hair) and absolutely love them live. I've seen clips of the weirdness that is Wayne Coyne these days.

My old roommate and I participated in one of his Parking Lot Experiments in Austin. Strange times.

26. It is underrated - it should've reached #1!
And stayed there, for a good year or so.

It would've been better than almost every #1 hit since then.
