Wondering if it really helps someone to quit smoking.

2. I've heard some good things about it...
but I trust what DUer's say about it rather than some folks at their website.

3. Smokeaway is what I just used.
I've smoked for over twenty years and have tried everything to quit.

This time I used Smokeaway. So far it has been almost two months since I've had a cigarette.

So, it worked for me. So far at least.

7. It is a non-nicotine way of quiting
They use herbs instead of substituting nicotine.

Chewing nicotine instead of smoking it never worked for me.

Smokeaway is a herbal pill program which tamed the nervousness and crabiness. It is working so far.

Might not taste as awful as some.

10. Try Quitnet online. It really helps. You log on when you have a crave
and twenty 'quitters' comment and kick your ass and hug you. Three minutes later..the crave is gone. And you have made some friends.

12. Several patients in our medical practice have had great success with Chantix.
Some have not had success, but I keep hearing the docs talking to the Pfizer drug reps about the successes they have had.
