Did you have a good Thanksgiving?
What would you do on your anniversary when your spouse is in the hospital getting cancer therapy? What would you do if your anniversary was on Thanksgiving and you couldn't bring anything in to the room?
Here's your sign

This made my day. the hospital engineer and I hung the sign feeling pretty good about it. this had been ok'd by the higher-ups a week ago. Man this lady loves her husband!
About 3 hours later, there is a knock at the office door and the lady and her ill husband are there thanking us! (A lovely couple, I hope all goes well) They bought us candy and a pizza as thanks. Wow, the BEST Thanksgiving ever.

3. Wow.
That is an amazing story. As someone who's going through something similar (though not as dire), I just have to say thanks for helping them out with that. I bet you gave THEM the best Thanksgiving ever.

9. It was ok.
Had a good day spending it with the family but I worked in the morning, I worked on Fri (my sixth straight day) and then was off Sat. and hung out with my cousin, who was home from college.

Now it's Sunday and I am back at work, getting ready for another six-day work week.
