Lately I have been very clumsy

There have been a few times in the past couple of weeks, that I have nearly taken a header down the stairs, and one time that I almost took a header into the bathtub...

I think I should slow down a bit.

I've taken a header off my porch twice in the last 6 years. I landed in the grass thank God.

But falls are bad things and are the cause of death and disability for lots and lots of people.

For me it is blamed on hormones mixed with Iron deficiency anemia.

I just need to try to take it easier.
