I just got off the phone with my mother. She went in for a biopsy today for a swollen neck (lymph nodes) and the doctor is thinking it might be cancer. The good news is the first pathologist report says no sign of cancer, just infection, but the full report isn't due out till Friday.

So, please, keep her and my family in your positive thoughts and prayers.

I feel like the wind just got knocked out of me ;(
