Yet ANOTHER Storm...

We've been having quite a few of them in the last week here in Milwaukee. It's driving my dog Heidi nuts. She hates the thunder.

We did a craft show on Sunday in West Allis. It was a bright, sunny day until the storm blew in. It got very dark very quickly. The only bonus about it was that you could see the lights coming through the bases on the crystals we were selling! :-) That alone helped us to sell 3 of them.

About 3 hours after the storm passed we packed up and came home. A few minutes after we unpacked we got walloped again! It's been off and on all weekend into today.

2. Storms

Not a lot of rain today but tons of thunder. Heidi is laying next to my chair panting really hard (which she does when she's nervous). I just hope this one passes quickly.

3. I'm in Wisconsin, too...

My lawn is vile right now.
There are weeds growing out of weeds. Mosquitos are fighting for space.
All of this sprung up over the weekend, and because it's been raining every #$@ day since then, I can't do anything about it.

I need to pull weeds, and I need to mow.
Send some sun, please!

4. We had so much rain this spring....

and now we're hardly getting any. Hot and humid here though. A nice refreshing thunderstorm would be welcome tonight. (I always sleep well when there's a T-storm.)

In May had four tornados within a three mile radius of my house, I am not sad the storms went elseware.
