An Apple A Day...

Do you eat an apple every day?
Now is the time to explore the different varieties from the fresh crops.
I usually stick with Gayla's - true flavor and crunchy. And I run from Delicious.

Now I am looking for a good apple dip recipe.

You can sip good cider - the lazy way - like me. Just run the cider through Mr Coffee. Sprinkle with nutmeg, clovers and cinnamon for adventure.


My 86 year father eats an apple every day. So there ya go!

2. I eat one every afternoon about 4 or 430 when I have my afternoon

break. Easy low point snack, just drop it in my tote bag every morning.

1 med apple is 1 WW point. I keep a knife at work and cut the apple into small sections for easier munching at the desk.
