So glad I didn't get this job!

A few months ago I applied for a job doing the same thing I do now but for a much larger company--thus, more pay, more power, etc. The owner emailed back immediately, asking if I could come in the next day for an interview. Yes, I wrote back, tell me where and when.

No response. I called several stores, finally found what store he would be at, left two messages. He never returned my call or email. I've been grumping about it ever since.

Today I got a forwarded email from him, listing lots of school tragedies and concluding with a message from God: How could I protect your schools, I'm not allowed in them.

Now I'm kinda happy I never got called back. The Lord works in mysterious ways, even if I don't believe in any Lord. :rofl:

I worked for a born again Christian freak once. Ugh. I couldn't wait to tell him I was quitting to go to grad school.
