Oww... turns out I'm not 18 anymore

Imagine my surprise. :D

Two hours of touch-football yesterday evening, and today I'm moving like an old man. It's funny with these games, once the injuries start they just keep coming until we're about out of players. :rofl:

Fortunately, at 34 I was still the youngest, so I can take small comfort that several are in worse shape than me today. :evilgrin:

I run/exercise regularly, which helps, but still the effects of getting older are very apparent when I do something like that!

But it's not the same as getting knocked over a few times. The oldest guy was pushing 50, and his strategy was just to knock over whoever he was covering. Great quote: "Well, I know if any of you guys start running I'll never catch you!" :D

After my maiden voyage to the gym last week, it took FOUR DAYS before my hips stopped hurting. I was certifiably waddling :rofl: the day after I went, and I'm still in my 20's.
