My first vent

I fucking can't wait until we have a nominee and we can unite against the real bad guy--Bush--and all the fucking snide posts attacking other Democratic candidates can just stop.

Damn, I'm undecided between 3-4 candidates and I still get insulted by reading some of those posts. I can't imagine how angry people are who actually support the candidate that gets lambasted for stupid-assed reasons.

I can't wait until we can start focusing all our anger at the person who deserves it--Bush.

The candidate discussion thread are nothing more than food fights and don't accomplish anything constructive.

I agree with you, I do wish the anger and snideness would stop.

Dialogue is healthy, but the personal attacks one canididates' supporters are lobbing against another candidates supporters are unhelpful.

We all want basically the same thing.

4. I don't blame you

Many times I go to a thread to find out information about a candidate, and then I see a flame war started, or snide remarks, which really turns me off. I know that the candidate isn't behind this, and I try to keep an open mind about all the candidates, because they all have good points. My hope is that all the candidates and their supporters can work together to get Bush out of the White House.

5. I just had this same vent last night

People are just crazy and mean and nasty over candidates right now. I don't recall a Democratic Primary being as nasty and divisive before as this one is but I wasn't paying as much attention before I guess.

Yeah, I can't wait till the Primary is over either, and a candidate is chosen. The ultimate goal is to unset bush*. I wonder if some of the partisan Democrats will survive and be able to set their differences aside once the final candidate is selected.
