in one of my leopard gecko tanks and the fucking gecko doesn't want to eat it. In fact, the gecko seems somewhat scared of it. I am entirely too scared to take it out of the gecko tank. If the gecko doesn't eat it in an hour, I'm taking her out and putting one of the bearded dragons in there to handle the problem.
5. Are your bearded dragons the type to eat almost anything?
My cats would just sit and watch a beetle. They might follow it to see what it would do, but they'd have no clue that it might be food. If it doesn't come from a bag or can they can't imagine eating it.
However, it's hard to fit a cat into a 15 gallon tank. Maybe if the beetle was in the other bigger gecko tank.
But yeah, the bearded dragons will eat anything presented to them. The even spend time gnawing on the vines and plastic plants in their tank. They have absolutely insatiable appetites and they're omnivores.
