Ribs on the grill!

Beef back ribs, big and juicy!!! :bounce:

Marinated for 4 hours beforehand in a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, parsley, lots of garlic, LOTS of freshly-ground pepper, and lemon juice.

Got the Weber Kettle set up with lump charcoal on one side, and a drip pan with water on the other, with the ribs resting over them... Keeping the vent on the bottom less than halfway open so these babies barbecue sloooooow... and the lid is ON. :9

Have corn on the cob and cornbread in the works... :hi:

My Mom now has the steam whistle engraved for him upon his retirement. It works, if you have an air compressor!

When I lived in Arizona, I was an accountant for the Grand Canyon Railway, which runs restored antique trains to the Canyon every day.

I don't have any formal training, it's just something I fell into during the 90's boom, lol. My background is in education, with a side of customer service. Then one job came along in Seattle which combined accounting with customer service, and it beefed up my resume. I don't have a CPA, which is fine, because I don't have that much interest in it, lol. So I have moved on to other things... :-)
