why is not ok to spay and neuter stupid people?
darwinian evolution doesn't guarantee the best will flourish, it means that those most capable of reproducing and adapting will continue.

The flaw in that logic is whoever is in power would decide who's stupid. Can you imagine the geniuses in the government now deciding who's too stupid to procreate?
