So Zack Exley is a BSG fan...
Saw this on scifi.com on the Battlestar Galactica blog:

SciFi.Com recently became aware of the phenomena known as "frak parties" which are being organized out there in the great beyond by Zak (sic) Exley and I encourage all of you to go to the link on SciFi.Com and put your own frakking parties together so you can enjoy the frakking show along with a lot of frakking other people. (Maybe even hook-up with a frak-buddy or two.)

3. From his bio
Zack Exley is a Senior Strategist with OMP, a DC-based communications and fundraising firm, and co-founder and president of the New Organizing Institute. He coordinated online efforts for the British Labor Party's 2005 re-election campaign, and was Director of Online Organizing and Communications at Kerry-Edwards 2004. Before that, he served as Organizing Director at MoveOn.org, and played a part in the drama of early Dean Internet madness. At the crest of the Internet get-rich-quick bubble he wasted his time making parody websites including GWBush.com, which drew an entertaining attack from the Bush campaign, and CNNdn.com, which was closed following an equally entertaining lawsuit by AOL-Time Warner - and also launching independent experiments in online organizing. Zack spent the 90's working as a union organizer around the Midwest and South in various industries, and even paid his dues as a small-time programmer in the corporate world.
