9. I consider it an oxymoron in its lethal outcome

A true smart bomb would see the futility of warfare for solving complex societal and geopolitical problems and would perhaps explode harmlessly in a deserted area or achieve a degree of self-awareness and individualism and attempt to seek a peaceful conclusion before its fuel runs empty.
