In 45 minutes, I'm taking my first exam in almost 10 years.
This one's a practice exam, but we're to treat it as a real one.

It covers battery, assault and some negligence (general, child, professional). (This is torts, not criminal law.)

Wish me luck! :bounce:

4. If the question is "In Richard v. Monigan, how many factors does the
court consider to determine whether the defendant's use of a potentially deadly weapon is reasonable?" then your answer is right.

As this is an issue-spotter exam, and won't cover specific cases or statutes, that question likely won't be on the test.

2. That sounds like a nightmare I have
Where I have to go back to college because I didn't take some math class that I missed. I've been out of school for about 20 years or so. I have this nightmare about once a month.

Anyway, good luck!

5. Thanks!
Thankfully, there will be no math until we start discussing damages. And that will be basic adding and percentages.

10. And, it's over.
Not bad. I don't feel too fried. I knew most of what I was talking about. Now, it'll be up to how well everyone else knew what they were talking about, since we're graded strictly curved in relation to one another (well...if it was graded, it would matter...).
