First week of Ramadan, and just the thought of all those people fasting

makes me ravenous. My sister is coming to visit in a few weeks, and we agreed to try and lose a little weight before she comes, but I'm not doing it. The problem is, I don't fast during the day, but I eat the lovely Iftar food at sundown as if I did fast during the day. The gym is just across the road, but I've only been once since I got back home at the end of July. Granted that I've had a cold and asthma problems since then, but the food situation is getting ridiculous.
