Donald Rumsfeld was giving his daily press briefing at the site of the flooded presidential library. Bush was understandably shaken, as the flooding of his bathroom had destroyed his entire collection--both of his coloring books.

"Don't worry, Mr. President, with proper donations, we can buy you a billion coloring books."

Bush seemed stunned for a moment, and then answered "But why would I want Bill Clinton's coloring books?"
