4. The main character reminds me of Nancy Grace on CNN

no one is innocent, and her clients are never guilty, not even of bad judgement.

I've even seen an episode where the "victim" made everything up, and she was still a self-righteous bitch through the whole episode. Even when it was proven that the victim lied.

Sort of makes you think, "I thought prosecutors were supposed to be fair and without passion"

5. Well, if unreality were the test for how good a TV show was,

then just about every program now on TV would fail- especially the so-called "reality shows".

Seriously, though. I do understand where you're coming from. I have huge problems with both police and prosecutors, however I watch this show because the cast is excellent and the writers make each case quite intriguing. My biggest problem with the show is that they endanger the main characters' jobs, or lives, far too often, creating somewhat of a "cry-wolf" effect.

3. Wow! Mariska's definitely improved with age.

She looks like Michael Jackson in the pilot.
