So one night a couple weeks ago some idiot clipped our Ford Windstar parked on the street. Didn't see or hear it happen, but the next morning, the drivers side mirror was busted out.
I scheduled an appointment with Shults Ford in Harmarville, PA to replace the mirror, because it was close to my wife's work, and would be convienient. They have to order the mirror, so 5 days later I pick up the car. With the new drivers side mirror, and new rear brakes, I spent 600 dollars.
My wife drives it off to work and calls me immediately. The automatic mirror aduster isn't working. She can't adjust the mirrors from inside the car. I come over and check them, and sure enough they're not working, on either side. I call Shults Ford back up and tell them about it. The woman on the phone sounds apologetic, and tells me to bring it in as soon as I can, which was today.
I dropped it off this morning, and hadn't heard anything back from them, so I gave them a call a few minutes ago. Turns out that adjusting the passenger side mirror is now breaking the fuse and I'd need a whole new mirror on that side to fix it. I tell them that it was fine before I brought it in. They say, yeah but that was the drivers side mirror. Both sides sitll worked fine when I brought it in. I take it out and they don't, and now they're trying to make me pay for another mirror. I tell them I'mnot paying for it because they broke it, and they should replace it. They're not.
I'm going to go pick up my car and flip out on them a little bit in about an hour.
Fuck Shults Ford.

Fuck Car Dealerships.
Fuck companies who don't take responsibilty for their own actions.
I should fucking sue.
