1. saturate with hair spray......don't wet it.......
and keep blotting away until you can get most of it off.....spray, blot........

then launder.

this helped me at least get ink off some beige pants.

5. Does wetting it defeat the hair spray?
I had to wet it, it was all over the blouse and was about to get on my slacks -- no hair spray here at the office

I'm doomed, aren't I x(

thank you for your help

8. I don't think so.......I "wet" my first ink stained pair of pants......
or rather, I put water on it first.

No, try the hair spray saturate/blot method. It may take some time but you can work out most of the stain.
Then wash the garment as usual. :)

2. I've had good luck with OxiClean Spray
I had blood on some fabric and it removed all traces of it.
Don't know how it would be on ink but it should be worth a try.

3. if it is a white blouse, use straight Clorox bleach
if it is color, use color bleach, but it isn't nearly as strong.

my limited knowledge.

4. Hairspray works amazingly well on ballpoint ink.
Keep spraying and it should literally dissolve right in front of your eyes.

12. Sorry to hear about this, but in my experience, blue ink is usually
indelible. What kind of fabric is the blouse made of?

You can try the Clorox Bleach Pen if you can find it.

But be prepared to part with the blouse -- I'm sorry to say.
