Um, is it safe?
It was a fairly nice day here in Austin, but the last hour has been a little rough.

:scared:

5. Yeah, the wind and hail might have had bit to do with it as well.
But I'm sure the lightning was the first sign to get the hell out of there. Lightning + metal seats = bzzzzzzttt!!!

:hi:

8. Just a bit!
I went to an outdoor concert and James Taylor was performing. It was pouring. At one point, he said they were taking a break (he was under cover) because the puddles on the stage were causing some arcing (sp?)

:scared:

Never mind that we're all sitting on metal bleachers. :(

10. I almost died at a Police show.
A storm (a lot like this one) blew through really quickly. At one point Sting asked if we'd catch him if he blew off the stage. After the brief storm, they finished their set.

All in all I'm rather against my early demise. ;)

Heck, I'm not all that thrilled about a late demise either. :D

was supposed to come here but it seems it's gone south. Having been raised in El Paso, bad weather used to be something that happened in other places. I know about tornado warnings now, lol-sort of-well not reallly lol at all more like:scared:
