I'm drunk, that goes without saying. . . However, I arrived home to a very warm and loving welcome from my roommate's cat, Chloe. She is purring, and attentive, loving, affectionate, etc. I didn't even notice her, until I plopped down onto my bed. She gives me hope. However small that may be, even though I know that at times, my affection may be completely one-sided, it makes me feel better, just to give.

In that very same way, I fight. Not with the knowledge that I will eventually win, but that it is the right thing to do. I fight the oppression from the ruling class, I fight the idea of perverting our democracy, I fight for the right for every vote to be counted, and they hate me for it. They call me "Nazi appeaser," They call me an islamo-fascist, etc.

We all know it's nothing more than a disgusting display of projectionism, nothing more than an attempt to call others Nazis so that they can't be called out first.

As depressing as it all gets, I will hold onto my little slice of life, my niece, my cat, my dog and her puppy; and will enjoy every moment I get. I refuse to give into the cycle of fear that is foisted upon us by the repukes. It might not be much, however it is enough in my life, to fight the lies they feed us.

We fight till we can't anymore. It matters not if we win, at the very least, we can face the Infinite Father with pride, knowing that we did what we could for everyone, not just for our own greed.

It's enough to make an Atheist want to believe in Hell. And it's enough to make a good person ashamed to call himself American. I hope that you feel the same way. May we live and die as Americans, fighting the ruling class for the rights of those less fortunate. May that be my eulogy, if I die before it becomes reality. If I live beyond my words, may I live a life that makes future generations proud.

Forget Christ, Forget God, the humane thing to do is to make this a life worth living for ALL of us. THAT I think, is something God himself would approve of.

Though I do not believe in God, I am willing to live by his rules, if only his followers would do likewise. I know that it is something they think impossible, yet I am willing to try, that this might be a better world for all of us.

The welfare of the world is worth so much more than the drum-beating of the bush admin. The world needs you or it may very well devolve into chaos. I hope that you have done enough to assuage your guilt, at the very least. May whatever god you believe in hold you and protect you.
