11. You should go to the bar 'In de Wildeman' in Amsterdam;

they have 200 different varieties of beer. I'd highly recommend Westvleteren 12; if you can find it, you should bring back a case or two (impossible to find in the States, and I know there are at least a few bottle shops in Amsterdam where you can find it).

And if you're inclined to indulge in a little smoke, I can recommend the Rokkerij and Barney's (Barney's is a good place for breakfast and a joint or two).
