It's currently published by Image Comics and is a black and white anthology.

It used to be published by the now defunct Caliber and I don't know if the current series is just reprinting the old stuff or whether it's new/unpublished stuff.

Brian Bolland, Alex Campbell, Shannon Eric Denton, Evan Dorkin, Deith Giffen, Robert Grabe, Damion Hendricks, Ron Kasman, Scott Large, David Loughheed, Bruce McCorkindale, Dove McHargue, Jim Schumaker, Tim Seelig, Ande Rummel, R.G. Taylor, and Bradley Walton.

hodge podge. Caliber published a lot of oddball indie type material but had a little trouble paying the bills, hence "now defunct".
