let me whine for a moment... the poop isn't stopping
we went through a 2-3 week period this summer of a run of bad luck -- everything seemed to be happening all at once. My partner's brakes went on her truck, problems with my fuel filter on my car, someone rifled through our vehicles on another night....and on and on...

finally when it looked like the run was over -- BAM!

My partner's mom (87 years old) has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She goes in next week for a lumpectomy, depending on what they find it may end up being a masectomy...

My partner's brother also goes in the hospital next week for surgery on his leg. Serious problems, but not life threatening.

My partner smashed a toe on a door jam and broke it. And this past Sunday she fell out of the hammock and cracked a rib. (she recently had a bone density scan and her bones are fine)

Last night, she's getting ready to leave work and her truck won't start. It cranks over, but won't start. It's getting towed today to the garage, just hoping it's nothing major.

meanwhile, I find out that I have to do an affidavit thingy at the end of October for my workplace regarding a lawsuit

My partner also goes in for carpal tunnel surgery in October.

My dad has had cataract on both eyes - he's doing fine now.

My mom is having an extremely hard time with arthritis in both her hands.

ARRRGGGGHHHH! is this crap ever going going to end?

3. Good thoughts on the three surgeries. Don't sweat the car stuff.
You sound like your okay, you I nominate you official caregiver! Take care of yourself. Remember, inch by inch, it's a cinch, kiddo.
