but honestly, when i think of brisket all i can think of is my father's description of his grandmother's brisket...he said he needed the whole glass of milk to eat a bite

the perfect brisket should be my next cooking project

3. My mother-in-law makes the best brisket in the world!!
It is amazing.

There is a local deli that has a brisket dip sandwich (like a french dip) that is one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten...

Looks like I picked the wrong time to stop eating beef.
