4. You have a quesadilla maker?
I should invest in one of those.

5. Yeah, I picked it up for like $20 at Linens N Things.
It was definitely worth the investment. You just plug it in, put together the quesadilla, clamp down the lid and it's done when it starts to steam a little bit. Plus, it's non-stick. You just have to wipe it down to clean it.

14. Well, I definitely wasn't going to finish it on my own and sharing it with
one of the cats was more viable than mailing my leftovers to you. Anyway, he acts like a freaking dog when it comes to food. He's the worst begger ever and unlike a dog, he will relentlessly climb me for food. I can pretty much throw him across the room and he'll run back purring, eager to climb my back until he gets food. It's just easier to share, as he's pretty much impossible to reprimand.

11. Where's the sauce? It should be there, and bubbling. Followed by me
knocking at your door and begging to have dinner at your place.

17. Enchiladas sound good
I haven't made any in a while. I usually fill them with corn and peppers, but for some reason I'm thinking I'd like to put some portobellos and black beans in and try that.

What's so bad about that? (Just FYI, I have fantasies about being single again too. But I'm 43 and don't really want to be 20 years younger. I just want to stay this age indefinitely...)

25. Nope, I've only seen it once about a year ago.
Although, Quesadillas, tv dinners, and cereal are the usual forms of food in this house.
