Screen shot question.
I was watching TV a couple of weeks ago and saw a hairstyle that I really liked on someone. I can find the interview on line but I would like to show it to my hairdresser. How can I get a still shot to take with me?

2. To take a screen shot
simply play the video and hit the 'Print Screen' button when you see the hairdo on your screen. Then just open up Paint or some graphics tool and paste in the screen capture (Menu Edit->Paste).

Then print. Or email. Or whatever.

3. if you're using windows...
pause the video, press alt+print screen, paste the image into MSpaint or another image application. Save as .jpg

If you are on a Mac...

Pause the video, go to utilities, start the application "grab", select "grab window", click on window. save as .tiff, click on .tiff file (it'll be on your desktop), it will open in "preview" export out of preview as .jpg
