i was SUPPOSED to go on vacation tomorrow but...

my boss came in my office today and very politely asked me to postpone it until october 15 (final due date for 2005 1040 returns). i was thinking of a nice way to say "like hell" when he said they would give me $1,000.00. i said "let me call the boyfriend and run it by him" needless to say i am now going on vaction october 19.

and i told him i wanted the WHOLE $1,000.00 net. no taxes and he just looked at me and said "i'll see what i can do."

and then i took a 2 hour lunch.
