Waiting 4 help @ the cing. store, I realized both reps were playing pool

on their computers, with each other. I waited three minutes just to be polite and then finally saw what they were up to. They were so into it... they just didn't give a shit. They let me play. I loved it. I forgot what I even went in there for. It was like "Office Space". I think there is a lot more jerking off at work than anyone realizes.

I had a great...no...a FUCKING FANTASTIC customer service experience with Cingular earlier today. :shrug:

They refunded the almost $250 in charges my 16 yr old racked up calling a friend in Canada (as she figured..."Hey, it's after 9" and apparently didn't think of that whole "a different COUNTRY" thing...:eyes:) once I explained the situation to them. That's pretty fuckin' cool. :thumbsup:

I thought this thread would die once I posted it -- that it was dumb.

But it was so refreshing that the cingular guys didn't give me that fake sincerity you typically get. When I asked them about a new phone I heard they were offering, they didn't have a clue about it, but they got all excited and and asked me to email them the link. It was utterly ridiclous.
