Speaking of Halloween, anyone have an idea for a baby...
costume? Maybe an idea for baby, mommy and daddy? You know, like the three blind mice - only better. My girl will hopefully be walking by then.

1. Go as the SNL cheerleaders and baby can be the pom pom!
My cousin dressed her little girl in a miniature Duke cheerleaders outfit and dressed the baby as a Duke pom pom! They got a big poofy Duke cheerleading pom pom and put it on the baby girl! It was the cutest idea! The dad carried the baby and escorted the older girl around the neighborhood for trick or treating! :)

6. Go as pirates!
Get little eyepatches, etc. It would be super cute. Costume stores have those soft pirate hats that wouldn't bother a baby (and would keep its ears warm if you're outside). And you can wave little Jolly Rogers.

10. When my daughter was a year old,
I took a white pillowcase and cut a hole in in the top it big enough for her face to show thru, and tied a bow abound her neck. She was a ghost. Michigan has some cold halloweens so it fit over her snow suit. I had to cut off some of the bottom so she wouldn't trip over it. Also slits in the sides for her hands. Mom and Dad could use bed sheets.

That's pretty funny. Go trick or treating at the houses where the fundies live. Preach to them.

We started our sons outfit before he was walking. Boy, I need a scanner to post the cute picture. Anyway, when we started, he wasn't walking and I planned to sort of hold him up at the doors with the strings. Turned out he started walking days before and I changed from strings to elastic cords to help restrain him from running around. We had a great time.

15. Dress the kid up as "Mini-me"!
You could buy three sets of coveralls (like mechanics wear) and buy some "bald wigs" then shave the babies head to match. Maybe three sets of those glasses with the big nose and bushy eyebrows?

I don't have any children so maybe shaving the kids head is a bad idea?????

16. you could go as a butterfly, and dress her up as a caterpillar?
If she were still an infant-in-arms, you could have done her up like an egg (with just her face showing), but if she's old enough to stand, she'd be more in the "larva" stage, I guess.
