I want to start a website and add a forum, What do I do?? Sorry!!

I went to GoDaddy.com and found my domain name will only cost me $8.99/yr. I can't seem to find out if that includes the hosting,but anyway, I am most interested in setting up the forum and fleshing out the website later. I'm confused as to what my next move is. I want to make the fourm private/invitation only. You don't have to give me too much detail; I just need to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks for any help; sorry to bother...

You can customize a free forum here. If you don't want to pay for hosting, all you have to do is point your new domain name to your new forum. For example: www.yourdomainname.com can be pointed to www.invisionfree.com/yourdomainname
