My husband thinks the woman in the commercial is really hot. We've never bought anything from them. Just so you know. :P

i ordered an mp3 player, which was refurbished (i LOVE refurbished things, go figure). when it arrived, it was, well, not damaged, really, but not perfect. they fixed the problem in no time.

There's something about her and it's not just her looks. They picked a good person for their advertising.

And I used them before they ran these commercials. It's exactly what the name implies, overstocks. So you can find great bargains on there if you like to shop. Also check out deals2buy.com, slickdeals.net, and shopping.com.

very good and so were their customer service. We bought a Seiko watch, an MP3 player, and a set of luggage. In each case, we saved a considerable amount of money.

The Seiko watch description claimed it was water proof and I was specifically looking for a water proof watch when I bought it. After I had been wearing it for a few weeks, I was checking it out and noticed that the back only said water resistant. I contacted Overstocks, they were very apologetic and willing to refund my money and let me return the watch at no cost to me (they'd even pay for return shipping). I wound up deciding to keep it, but was impressed with everyone I dealt with.
