Poll question: ok, 2 am here. should I go to bed
and risk not getting up in time for work (Ms Uly and the baby are at her mom's tonight) or stay up, pretend to work while I surf DU and be in agony tomorrow?

Bear in mind that I'm becoming an old 37.

2. My dear Ulysses!
For heaven's sake, go to bed!

You will be awfully tired if you don't!

I am sure that that is your baby in the avatar. Darling.

I remember when you became a dad.

8. Too precious!
He has the most squeezable cheeks I think I've ever seen on a baby. And look at his little teefuses. Too cute, uly.

9. he calls me "Da!" now too.
:D :loveya:

Those teefuses are sharp as hell, though. We have to work on the biting thing. Not malicious, of course, but he gives kisses a lot and occasionally they turn into flesh-rending chomps. Of course, he thinks our reaction to that is hilarious. :eyes:

10. Tis truly a baby thing.
I remember when my kiddo was that age. Nothing was safe, not even the dog's nose. LOL.

13. ha!
Ms Uly has expressed her happiness over that as well. :D

Yeah, I'm up. Another hour and it'll be time for me to be up anyway. Sweet dreams!

6. I think you should stay up and
shop online for all of Christopher's birthday gifts. You're running out of time! :P

7. not much choice about the staying up now.
I was on the verge a little bit ago, but if I recline now, I'll sleep through a brass band. Tomorrow will be fun, yes.

re: gifts - he already has his presents from us (toy piano, new books, some clothes) since we're flying back to OK on the day itself. Not like he doesn't already have more toys than he even remembers he has. :D :hi:
