I hesitate to vote since these towns are unfamiliar to me....

Is Allentown the one in the Billy Joel song?

2. Don't know about the Billy Joel song but...

Allentown is just another boring place in PA and East St. Louis is pretty much a toxic waste dump with a bunch of disenfranchised black people stuck living on it. I think it is pretty much officially considered the worst place to live in the US. I've read some articles on the place and it's really sad.
