I'm about to eat a whole mess o' Clams...
Damn, living in Massachusetts rocks....so hard :D

After a marathon cooking session with Sniffa today, our first whole roasted chicken, I'm ready for easy comfort food. :9

We're hooked...The roast we made last week was out of this world! :wow:

and my Eggplant Parmesan was kickass! :bounce:

and just ask Sniffa...my spinach sautee is da bomb :D

baked cod with lemon slices, garlic, and capers over roasted rosemary potatoes, and green beans for dinner. So you can't make jealous. Nope, not tonight. :D :P
