Beef back ribs. Wet or dry?

I actually prepared them yesterday. I put them in the oven with a little water and liquid smoke. I put rub on them before I put them in the oven. I slow cooked them for about 6 hours and put them in the fridge overnight. Now I am trying to decide if I want to just grill them as is, baste them with sauce or dip the dry ribs in sauce. Decisions decisions.

What sounds best?

1. Baste them.

Your oven cooking probably didn't create a good crust from the dry rub the way a grill would so you will need something to seal up the outside for the grilling. Dipping them may be a bit much unless you're planning to slow cook them on the grill too.

And because this is a topic where a number of DUers have strong opinions, let me add that rolling them in crushed cornflakes, then tossing them in the trash before dining at the Olive Garden is the best method of all.}(

Why not just buy chicken McNuggets with BBQ dipping sauce and save yourself a lot of time?
